JCHRevo provides a secure, cloud-based workforce management platform that centralizes employee management, attendance, scheduling, payroll processing, payslips, reports, and role-based access in one system.

JCHRevo delivers a centralized workforce platform with secure employee access, automated attendance tracking, structured payroll workflows, protected historical records, and role-based reporting. The system reduces manual workforce administration while maintaining data integrity and auditability.

JCHRevo was developed as a multi-tenant workforce management platform designed for UAE businesses. The system brings employee administration, attendance, schedules, payroll, payslips, and reporting into one secure application. The platform uses workspace-level data separation and role-based authorization to ensure that users only access the information and actions permitted by their role. Employees can manage their own attendance and view finalized payslips, while authorized company users can manage workforce operations, payroll, and reporting. Attendance includes Clock In, Clock Out, breaks, overnight shifts, effective-dated schedules, immutable punch history, adjustment requests, and approved revisions. Payroll supports employee compensation, monthly payroll runs, earnings and deductions, approval and finalization workflows, and finalized employee payslips. JCHRevo also includes Workforce, Attendance, and Payroll reports based on authoritative system records. Security controls are enforced at both the interface and backend level to protect company and employee information. The project is being developed progressively, with additional workforce automation and payroll integrations planned while preserving existing production data and audit history.
